Ok,People,I wanted to try clip from TRANSFORMERS,cool movie,so i did the same as tutorials,Posting my outcome,I wanted to do new Signature with this gif file,but i have some problems,how can i bring this gif,or animation and put it in my PSD file,I tried,but still it didnt work out.Also i want to make this animation to be in my Background,so if anyone can advise,or maybe SLASH350,could tell me?and to save them to work,,,

what would be a good speed. i'm on imageready cs2

and the tutorial helped a lot, except 0.2 is too slow and 0.1 is too fast...so what speed did you guys use?
