nice ones ther, gw, i like industrial the most. but the render and dodgy lens flare/lighting affect doesnt fit. the same with some of the the other, take a bit more time chosing renders. but other than that i couldnt do better so good work.

i like Bio-Mechanical the most, but you should have blended the c4d and the face better. They should look like one pice (Bio+Mechanical) and no rough lines.
