looks quite nice man, but try make the right a LITTLE darker, try bring out the render a touch more, dont make the text go over the render and i dont like how you can make out a face on the right of the BG.

Doesn't seem to have a focal point to me. Create one along with the previously mentioned touches and this should look better.

hmm.. i like it, just the left is little too light, my eyes almst explode but quiet nice.
