The effects are random and compo are random. It's way too blurry too. I don't get the concept here.

Oops I posted on other one, you should of used the other topic and just updated it...
The blue parts or blueish greenish blob things look out of places and it looks like you've selected around the part which has effects and pasted it on layers underneath and blurred them.
Get Rid of the Blue parts and it'll look better IMO
