The first one ain't bad. Nice choice of stock and the effects are nice. Try to get more variety in your effects tho. The sig is still missing something. You need to add more effects then just the distort>wave technique!!

Text is decent.

The text really fits the sig, nice job. Is that a Gradient on the text? Nice idea with the render, but the background was a bit plain.

thanks, ya it's a gradient overlay, lower opacity, it was a stock, but I blended it so well It looks like a render :P
