Don't really like it sorry!

Bg doesn't flow with the render, the flow isn't gd, colors could be better 2.
Add a better light source! Use some better colors, stronger imo.
Render has 2 be blended better, try 2 use the dodge + burn tools.
BG could use some more contrast at some places.
Don't like the border, and text neither.
Don't make the BG only with brushes and filters / blurs etc. (cuz it seems its only that)

Also add some negative space, would be cool.
Increase the depth.

If i would rate this it would be a: 4/10.
I'm sorry, but don't like it.
Try 2 use some stocks for the BG or something, cuz it doesn't fit with the render imo!

Your stock is just the head of grimmjow wich is not that attractive. When people only put in a head they can usually make great effects. Your effects are pretty plain so i would advice you to use stock white more action in them. It's also easier to make effects with stocks like that.
