I like it but, like the others said, not diggin' the text. if your going for a shadow, use the layer style for that. and go the opposite way of the light source. so in the south-east side. Better than mine by far though. keep it up.

When I see this the focal is more towards the text than the image itself, so you can change the settings of it. Otherwise, great job on the sig.
