Problem in flash images.

I have just released the site and i have been told some people can't see the site. The site is about Restaurants in the UK.
I have programmed the site in php, anyway just wondering if any of you have any problems with the site and does it take long time to load.I have consult with web site design company but don't get reply yet.
It is urgent for me to tackle this problem as soon as possible.
Any suggestions?

find out the browser that they are using perhaps?

i know opera has trouble with flash sites sometimes.

some browsers do have issues with flash
do they have a flash player? (i know its an obvious question, but sometimes thats the answer)
