Please Help!!!!!

Ok i just downloaded a bunch of sprites and when I open the sprite in photoshop i go to drag it into the canvas and it makes a X and it wont drag in. Can some one please help me cuz I want to get into making sprites

Try selecting it, copy it, then paste it into the layer of the new canvas you wanted.

when I go to copy the sprite in wont let me like i press ctl c and nothing is there another way to copy the sprite when its on your file?

Umm i just use the selection tool and copy and paste. What format is it saved in? If it's a .gif i dont know what to tell you, it never did that to me. If it's not just try saving as a different file.

well the sprite package is the team anarchy one can i open it as a .gif or do i have to download the file as a .gif??

all the sprites should already be in .gif format. So try saving a frame in jpeg form. and try that one.Which sprite is it?

Try opening a document and click on "Files>Place" select ur .gif

Just when you open the Sprite go to Image > Mode > RGB Colour

you could try opening as a gif then saving as png if it has transparent areas
