Borders!

ok people, when I started GFX years back ago everyone used a border - and if you didn't have a border people would tell you to put a border on it. Now that I come to this forum and everyones like "omg loose the border" what the fuck is with that? EVERY forum I've been to (maybe I haven't been to too many over the last year) and all the members I've met, they all liked and supported borders on your sigs. Now I don't know what has changed in the last year to make borders disappear with this forum but borders are GOOD not bad they are GOOD, they keep your sig from looking like they keep wondering off into space, and over all they are just good, as long as they're not like 5 pixels big...borders are great. When sigging 1st got so big all we used was brushes, color balances, and YES BORDERS....and those were the main components to sigs, now I can respect change with the times, hell, I don't even use brushes that much mostly filters...and that helped me devolop many styles over the years and create many upon many of tutorials for those who just started GFX. But for crying out loud...borders....who the hell would tell someone to "loose the border"...c'mon now.

P.S. this is just my opinion on borders, in no way is it a "bash" on people who don't use borders, I'm simply stating my opinion, kisses.

i use boarders about 90% of the time depends on the sig

also i do use 5 pixel boards some times but i stretch the width so it looks like a wide screen

well a wide screen effect is fine, but it shouldn't be 5 pixels all around, thats just overkill on a border
