How did you get started in graphics design?

brother was making them so i started.

I saw a really cool tag someone made and just started doing them so i can make something as cool as what i seen. But I havent reached that level yet.

I joined a forum. I wanted a tag and also I had alwasy been intruiged by Photoshop...

my friend told me to make a website, so i did and wanted to advertise it so then i started to make graphics to get more popularity, and got into gfx more then i did my site.

I always saw sigs on forum sites and I always wanted to make one for myself so I got photoshop

Indeed, same here. I joined a few Forums, and noticed some members with awesome little "pictures" in their suginature, asked how they made them, most said Photoshop, so I picked up a copy and started making them, soon finding out the countless tutorials, and sites devoted to such art, and to find amazing artists.

I'm always learning, (and probably always will be) so I'm always on prowl for new little 'tricks' in PS, or another cool effect, etc.
