Its made by filling the page with a colour and then setting it 2 clouds and then twirling it a few times.

Twirl filter or Kaleidoscope. Anyways, very nice lighting and planet placement. Lol. It would be damn better if there were other planets behind it to achieve nice depth.

I see those liquid in those clouds and i saw a same tutorial where were used that same technique and it came out the same.. I dont remember where i read that...
