Can't say whats wrong..
But i don't really like the texture left beside spidermans head. (Stripes)
Left side looks a bit 2 negative, maybe make the sig a bit smaller. (Only at that side)
Anywayz, i like the lightning, focal point is great, text isn't bad imo.
I also love the effects, and mostly the clipping masks!
The colors u used, are nice 2.
About the right hand, pretty cool, its succeed in my eyes!
Overall sig, really like it man, gj. It would be like a 9/10
