| Roger that! Some are animated and some are stills. Every image in the .JPG above has both an animated and stills version, AND... there is an ImageReady/Photoshop .PSD open layered file of each one of the SF3 Judges, also, with the font included to edit each message "sign" that each one holds! Not bad for something under 5MB! ;)
